	Winter Hiking, Nordic Walking and Snowshoeing Winter hiking, snowshoeing and Nordic walking on 30 km of cleared trails promising the ultimate in winter romance and adventure. Trudge through the gloriously snow-covered winter forests, through untouched deep snow, become one with yourself and Mother Nature, while at night, it will be the light cast from your head light which shows you the way.

	Pure Romance on Horseback Whether up in the saddle or at the back of a sleigh, the chilly season in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee promises pure romance to those wishing to escape the ski slopes and cross-country trails, perhaps heading out on one of our cleared winter bridle paths.

	Ski Touring Ski touring is the ultimate in alpine skiing. Awaiting you are unique wintertime experiences away from the groomed slopes.

	Snow Tubing Snow Tubing is great fun for young and old, right up there with alpine skiing. Simply hop aboard a big rubber inner tube and slither down the hillside.
