Quick and convenient to reach by car on the Tauern autobahn (A 10), or by train or air.
Nestled in the midst of the snowy magic of the Salzburger Sportwelt, the pulsating heart of Ski amadé, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is an ideal wintertime base from which to conquer the ski areas.  From here in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, the big, broad world of skiing that is the Ski amadé is right there at your feet.

Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is one of the eight communities that make up the Salzburger Sportwelt, nestled in the midst of the gentle alpine valleys which surround the Dachstein and Tauern peaks, also a great summertime base for a wide variety of recreational activities:

Coming by car:    
from Salzburg:    N 47° 23.435    E 13° 24.59

Take the Tauern autobahn (A 10) towards Graz - Villach.  Leave the Tauern autobahn following signs for Graz, Altenmarkt, Radstadt ( EXIT 63 ). At the intersection for Altenmarkt - Zauchensee West ( Gasthof Laudersbach), make a right in the direction of Eben - Filzmoos. After 200 m, you will see the farm driveway on your left, "Schneider Sinnhubbauer".

Coming via Styria
Come via Styria, Liezen, Schladming, Radstadt in the direction of Altenmarkt,
after the Altenmarkt Ost exit continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the Altenmarkt West, Salzburg exit.

At the Altenmarkt West exit (Gasthof Laudersbach-Taverne), turn left, then make a right towards Eben after only 15 meters.
After 100m, turn left towards the Sinnhubbauer farm.

Coming from the south on the Tauern autobahn

You will come through the Tauern Tunnel to Flachau,
continue on the Tauern autobahn (A 10), leaving the
autobahn shortly before Flachau following signs for Graz,
Altenmarkt, Radstadt ( EXIT 63 ).
At the next exit,  the Altenmarkt  West intersection (Gasthof Laudersbach),
make a right in the direction of Eben - Filzmoos.
After 100 m , the farm driveway is on your left, Schneider Family, Sinnhubbauer.


By Train:
to the railway station in Radstadt (a stop for express trains) or Altenmarkt, taxis are available or make arrangements with us to pick you up.

By Plane:
Salzburg Airport - then by taxi or arrange with us to pick you up.
